Patriot update….

Thank you so much for your patience with our new procedures with signing in using your ID”s.  The new policy is being used county wide and we hope that the speed of the process here at Stateside will increase as the days pass.  You will only be required to use your ID on the FIRST time that you sign in as a visitor.  On any future visits, you will only need to enter your name and birthdate.  For those of you who are jiffy pass parents, you will need to scan your ID the first time only as well and then you may use your jiffy pass from that point forward.  The jiffy passes need to be reprogrammed with the new system.  We will let you know when they are ready.  When you check out, you need to enter in the code on your sticker, hit check out and that’s it…super easy!

Dismissal items….

We have make a few adjustments to car dismissal to help speed up the process a little and we again appreciate the support so very much.  We need for all parents to have their BIG car tag with them to pick up their child, whether that be hanging on your rear view mirror or in hand if you choose to walk up to the front doors.  If you do not have a car tag, you will be asked to provide the password for your Patriot in the front office.  If you do not know the password, you will need to provide your ID.  If you need a BIG car tag, send a note in with your child and we can send one home or see Mrs. Merritt.    Also, we would like for K-2 parents to be on the left side of the front entrance and 3-5 parents to be on the right side (as you are looking at the building).   If you have a child in both levels, you may choose one line….we can grab all of your children J.   Also, please remember that the car lane needs to stay moving at all times so please remain with your vehicle.

Thank you for your continued support of Stateside Elementary School!
