Stateside Elementary School is once again hosting an Angel Tree event that will positively impact students here at our school. This event provides an excellent opportunity for those who want to make a difference to bring a smile to the faces of children and their families in need at Stateside Elementary during the holiday season.

The ultimate goal of the Angel Tree program is to get new toys and clothing into the hands of children in need here at our school during the holiday season. An Angel tree will be displayed in the main office. A numbered gift tags is made for each child in need that includes their gender, age, clothing and shoe size, and requested gifts.

We need the help of Stateside staff and families in order to make this event a success. People who are interested in contributing to the Angel Tree Program may "adopt" one or more of the angel gift tags. If you are interested, stop by the front office to select a gift tag. Be sure to speak with the receptionist, Mrs. Merritt, or the Financial Secretary, Mrs. Whaley so that we can document the number selected. The Angel Tree will be in the main office near the chairs.

We will also take monetary donations if that is desired. Donations can be turned in to the front office and checks made payable to Stateside Elementary School.

All donations must be turned in to the front office by December 15th. Gifts should be unwrapped and have the angel gift tag attached.

We are excited about the Stateside Elementary School Angel Tree event and hope that you will consider adopting a child.
